We come into a conference room, The blinds are down. There is the sound of work going on in the outer office; a phone rings, the printer prints, and people are conversing. Two designers are sitting across the table from another absorbed in a process. There is an occasional critique or discussion and then more drawing. Camaraderie has been established; a feeling of confidence, closeness, and colleagues. The blinds are closed. It is an interior world we are working from together and apart.
